Non-Refundable Services: We emphasize that all services provided by IMRSB, including 1-to-1 consultation sessions, are non-refundable. Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances on our end that lead to session cancellation, we will reschedule your consultation at no extra cost or offer an alternative solution.
